Wow. Little Filfla is featured too this time. Ok explaination time !!!

In 1927, Governor Sir Walter Norris Congreve died in his office. He was buried at sea between Malta and Filfla. Nowadays that channels name is Congreve Channel.

Filfla is too naive and sometimes dotty to know that the governor is dead. She mistaken him for a swimmer lost at sea. Poor Malta. She'll never get rid of those British Governors who once ruled her.
